Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form yourself: first name, last name, phone, optionally an email address, and your message. If you write about a specific property, which one is recorded too.

Why we need it

Solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you send the form.

Where it goes

The message is stored in the site's management system and arrives as an email at goolanltd@gmail.com. If you give us your email, we send you a single confirmation that we received it — nothing else. We do not share it with third parties, do not sell it, and do not use it for marketing. To run the site we use, as data processors, Vercel (hosting, servers in London), Supabase (database, London) and Google (email delivery).

How long we keep it

Two years from the day you sent your message; after that they are deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at goolanltd@gmail.com and we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Cookies

The only part of this site that uses third-party cookies is the Google map on the contact page, and it loads only if you consent. If you do not, the map is not loaded and Google receives nothing. Your choice is stored in one essential cookie (gl_consent) for one year; if you delete your cookies, we will ask again.

We count total visits per page with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not recognise you from one visit to the next; we only see aggregate numbers.
